The brainchild of makeup artist @venomtoyaveins, she totally nailed the whole liner so sharp it could cut a b*tch look. The design consists of a sparkly silver knife painted along the upper lash line with the base of the blade extending out like a cat-eye-wing. To make it even more sinister, spangle the under eyes with blood droplets to look like tears.

While it definitely requires a painterly hand, time, and precision, all you really need to acheive the look is a razor-sharp felt-tip eyeliner pen, liquid glitter liner, and a red pencil. So throw on your most lazy all-black ensemble and let this gruesome eye look do the work.
